Buyer-side questions.

What if I don't have a brief?

A 10-line description of your offer, target audience, and any networks you plan to run on is enough. We'll send back specific questions if anything's unclear.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds. Substantial direction changes after round one are quoted separately so the project does not stall.

Can you reference my existing creative?

Yes — share any English-language creative and we'll keep visual continuity while rewriting copy and adjusting style for the Japanese segment.

What if my first test works and I want more?

We roll the credit into our Monthly Retainer plan if you upgrade within 30 days. Zero re-onboarding.
