Full campaign builds on TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars, and other networks on request. Targeting, dayparting, bid strategy, frequency caps — set up properly from day one.

Japan GEO optimization

Granular geo targeting (prefecture-level where the network supports it), Japanese language device targeting, schedule tuning around local peak hours.

Weekly performance reports

CTR, conversions, spend, top performers, recommended next moves. Shared as a PDF or live dashboard depending on your preference.

Creative + media feedback loop

Performance data feeds directly back into the creative team. Winning angles get scaled, losing ones get replaced — no separate scoping meeting required.

20% of monthly ad spend.
Minimum management fee: $2,000 / month.
Media costs paid directly by you to the networks — we never touch your card.
Creative production is included — no separate per-asset fees.
Tracking and analytics setup: $500 one-time if you need it built from scratch.
Minimum 3-month engagement, then month-to-month.

Whose accounts are these — yours or mine?

Yours. We get user-level access. You own all data, creative, and historical performance from day one.

What if I want to take campaigns in-house later?

Everything is yours from day one — campaigns, creative, tracking. We document setup and decisions during the engagement so handoff is straightforward.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients see 2–3× CTR improvement versus their existing Japan creative within 30 days. Conversion lift depends on offer and landing page quality, both of which we can advise on but are not solely responsible for.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

No hard minimum, but the $2,000 management fee is fixed. The model works best at $10K/month spend and up — below that, the Ongoing Creative retainer is usually a better fit.
